职位描述：
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering is preferred.本科学历以上，工科背景优先。

2. More than 10 years working experience in production operation management of manufacturing industry, at least 5 years production operation management experience in automobile industry.十年以上制造行业生产管理经验，至少五年以上汽车行业生产管理经验。

3. Familiar with TS16949 and ISO14000.熟悉TS16949 和ISO14000。

4. Good at production Control Plan, Process Flow, lean production.擅长生产控制计划、流程和精益生产。

5. Familiar with assembly and injection process knowledge of plastic and workshop management.熟悉塑料件的装配和注塑工艺知识和车间管理。

6. Very good communication and management skills.非常好的沟通和管理技能。

7. Fluent in oral English.英语口语流利。
