职位描述：
1．负责压机首件产品的制作；
2．负责协助及解决生产过程中的疑难问题；
3．负责产品质量在本工序的持续提高；
4．建立首件产品所测量的数据档案；
5．在工艺角度提出对设备的合理化建议；
6．依据材料及现场生产情况对设置进行优化来提高压制效率；
7．依据现场生产状况对材料要求提出合理化建议；
8．指导生产部门严格执行工艺文件的实施和运用；
9．与生产管理部门配合，优化工序工艺。
10．完成直接领导安排的其它工作任务。

岗位要求：
1. 人际关系良好，具备很强的责任感和事业心；
2. 无传染性疾病、高血压、心脏病、肺部疾病；
