Purpose of the position:
The purpose of the position is drive process productivity and efficiency improvements on the site level i***olving a variety of processes under Ocean and Air Freights. And assist CI Lead to build up lean mind-set on the site level.

Key Tasks:
-Assistant to define the organizational description of transactional processes and process split (GBS part only) within the framework given by Panalpina group standards (IMS) incl. guidelines, documentation and training
-Train and help improve capabilities of Team leader and team members by using lean methodologies
-Conduct Gemba to identify process waste and drive efficiency improvement
-Facilitate performance improvement projects
-Drive and control GBS process standardization
-Facilitate cross-process optimization programs

-Good business understanding / business administration competence
-Well understanding of business processes and interdependencies
-Understanding of SSC concept and related processes, incl. customer interface management, service management and SLA
-Experience in international e***ironment / work experience abroad

Educational background / Work experience:
-Bachelor or above
-3 Years of professional experiences on Lean, continuous improvement and project management
-Green Belt preferred

Language skills:
-English – Excellent language skills, both verbal and written

Computer Literacy:
-Proficiency with Windows and MS Office
-Basic knowledge of Visio
-Knowledge of VBA preferred
