职位描述：
MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES主要职责
a) Complete new employee on board procedure, maintain and check employee’s information in HR system,
b) Create/Update/Disable IDV&PSOFT account for salaried employees timely,
c) Orientation training of HR policy for new employee and update HR policy document timely,
d) Maintain attendance system and complete related report,
e) Management of personnel file & Probation & Labor contract,
f) Response for the employee welfare and allowance,
g) Other work assigned by supervisor,

KEY COMPETENCIES资格能力要求
? Fluent in English & Mandarin etc (both oral and written).
? Excellent computer skills i.e. Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
? Solid communication skills, strong influence and interpersonal skills
? Good team player and sense of customer service/support to business
? High degree of credibility, professional competency and personal integrity.
? Willing to work under pressure.
