职位描述：
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
主要的工作职责:
1.As technical contact window, provide product application technology and solution to internal and external;

2. Be able to conduct customer application trial and report independently;
能独立完成常规客户产品的应用性实验及书面报告
3.Testing products for application performance and make the report;
测试产品的应用能力并做好书面报告；
4.To receive and help solve all kinds of products technical problems encountered by customers and colleagues, follow up and make feedback in time.
接收和协助解决客户遇到的各类产品技术问题，跟进并及时做出反馈
5.Communicate with customer and help to improve their existing process;
与客户进行技术交流，帮助客户进行工艺改进
6.Collect industry related information and classify.
收集业内相关信息并归类
7.Coordinate case study and promote the application model (≥2);
整理应用案例并推广典型应用(≥2个案例)
8.Provide all reports, data, such as weekly work plan/report, etc.;
快捷准确并按公司的需求提供所有报告、数据，如周工作计划/报告等
9.Support sales and provide technical training to customers;
支持市场和销售，为客户提供相关技术培训；
10.Responsible for after-sales service and handle complaints from PFERD customers;
为客户提供产品的售后服务和处理产品质量投诉；
11. Other tasks assigned by leader.

Education background/ work background:
教育背景/工作背景:
1. College degree or above, Engineering is preferred.
大专以上学历，工科优先。
2.  Excellent written and verbal skill in English, good computer operation skills, second language as plus.
良好的英语听说读写能力及计算机操作技能 ，懂第二外语者优先。
3.3 years or above working experience in relevant industry of Abrasives, tools, mechanical, metal processing is preferred.
3年以上工作经验，磨具磨料、工具、机械、金属加工等相关行业优先。
