Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain material data in ERP;
- Create and maintain BOM and routing (standard work hours) in ERP;
- Monitor and control production related inventory (raw material, WIP, finished articles, external);
- Propose inventory levels to maintain specified customer lead times;
- Based on sales order or sales forecasts, generate purchase requests for standard/non-standard product;
- Develop, monitor and control purchase forecasts;
- Develop, monitor and control production schedules;
- Develop and monitor project schedules;
- Coordinate the delivery of finished articles to warehouse;
- Regularly visit the shop floor to determine whether there are variances between the ERP system and actual performance and align as appropriate;
- Assist in identifying risks to forecasts, schedules and plans;
- Contribute to the development of control plans if performance deviates from plan;
- Other temporary tasks concerning production planning assigned by manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree is preferred;
- Above 3 years experiences in supply chain or production/material planning;
- Experienced used of ERP system (experience with Kingdee is preferred);
- Good communication skills, be able to work effectively with project teams;
- Good team player, hard working and patient;
- Self-learner and self motivated;
- Good English communication both in oral and written is preferred;
- Be willing to work with international teams;
- First rate knowledge of scheduling and inventory management skills.
