岗位职责:
1、协助销售做好售前、售后服务工作,包括:销售单据、合同、票据等各类文件的处理;
2、销售数据的收集、整理和汇总,生成既定报表或报告;
3、客户合同的内部流程执行,提供即时咨询;
4、销售会务的准备、落实、协调、沟通工作;
5、完成上级交给的其它事务性工作。
岗位要求:
1、大专以上学历,本科应届生优先考虑;
2、熟练操作OFFICE软件,尤其是EXCEL, WORD;
3、思路清晰,办事效率高,普通话标准,优秀的表达能力和沟通能力;
4、具有良好的服务意识、耐心和责任心,工作积极主动,能承受工作压力;
5、英语水平:大学英语四级;
Job Description:
1、Assist sales to do a good jod of pre-sales and after-sales service,
including :sales documents, contracts,bills and other kinds of documents processing;
2、Be responsible for collecting ,sorting and summarying the sales data,and generating
set statement or report;
3、Be responsible for the internal process execution of clients' contracts and providing
information in a timely manner;
4、Be responsible for the preparation,implementation, coordination and communication work
of sales meeting;
5、Fulfilling other administrative work assigned by superior.
Job Requirements:
1、College degree or above(people with industrial sales experience is preferred);
2、Clear mind, high efficiency ,standard mandarin,good presentation and communication
skills are necessary;
3、Be familiar with OFFICE software, especially EXCEL,WORD;
4、Good service consciousness,patience and sense of responsibility and proactive attitude.
Can woek under pressure;
5、English level requirements: CET4;
6、People has sales experience of ERP is preferred.
