*Key Result Areas:
To achieve the Sales, Gross Profit & DSO targets.
To identify customer’s needs & constantly devise innovative strategies to achieve customer satisfaction and create and add greatest value for our customers.
To work as a Team to establish EVC & negotiate for the best rewards for Foseco.
To develop rapport at various levels at our customer’s to ensure that a healthy business relationship is maintained confidently.
To monitor & report Competitors activities to all concerned in order to help Foseco to develop a suitable Competitive Strategy.
To work with Supply Chain, Marketing & Accounting functions to ensure effective cross functional co-ordination to support achievement of Company’s target.
To use the CCAR System for lodging & finally resolving customer complaints.
To proactively participate in the Company’s HSE & Quality policy & systems.
*Qualifications:
Bachelor of Engineering / Technology – Metallurgy/ Mechanical/ Production/ Chemical
*Experience:
Minimum 5 years industry related experience
Preferably in Business to Business (B2B) Sales,
*Knowledge:
In depth foundry knowledge
Understanding of customer requirements
*Skills & Behaviour:
Reasonable negotiating skills
Effective interpersonal skills including well developed communication
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines with creative thinking & decision making
Computer literacy
Fluent in spoken and written English
Flexible to relocation
*Problem Solving & Complexity:
The main requirement of the job holder is to defend & grow the business at his current & potential customers in a highly competitive environment. Establishment of EVC by running value added projects will be the key to his/her success.
Opportunities are to be identified on a continuous basis and interaction with the key team members is essential for the successful completion of the projects. The EVC will need to be explained to the customers in an effective manner.
