职位描述：
1、 Assign or participate to evaluate supplier capability and capacity by sample verification and supplier process and system audit.
2、Be in charge of company prototyping, PVT and handle all improvements in NPI phrase to fulfill the project target and quality performance with necessary outputs until to handover NPI supportive documentations and devices to production team by reviewing and listing and releasing documents to DCC to distribute including BOM, PCB Gerber, testing procedures, process flow chart, PFMEA, control plan, new material spec, SOPs and ECN if applicable and maintain lesson learnt database.
3、Build up, mentor, manage and motivate production engineering team by define team JD, build up the training needs, and optimize relative process.
4、Lead engineering team towards achieving the departmental quality objectives and company business requirements.
5、 Devote to NPI program design study for manufacturing and testing, quality yield, packing, cost effective and delivery to ensure products manufactured are in compliance with Jabil's customer requirements.
6、Be accountable for the NPI projects advanced quality risk identification and controlling planning. Plan and lead continuous improvement projects leading to improvement in supply chain and customer wide realization.
7、Lead team to verify and qualify new material in accordance with products performance, customer requirements and social compliances and update the ERP # and BOM into ERP system.
