职位描述：
LAB/METRO : 实验室/计量测试
工作地点：河南省鹤壁市

Main activities:

● Supervision of tests activities:
- Estimate the costs and timing necessary to realize the tests and ensure effective communication is done with the requester
- Schedule the entire tests activity for the laboratory of Hebi
- Manage tests activity and coordinate the resources (manpower, equipments, consumables…) of laboratory in order to guarantee the reactivity and the quality of the appropriate service.
- Manage sub-contractors (negotiation, agreements, technical protocols)
- Verify the test reports and is responsible of their precision and consistency
- Ensure test reports are available in both english and chinese language
- Coordinate on the validation of the test reports with France (who validate them and load them into Callisto).
- Report frequently his activities to his line manager

● Quality :
- Setup and qualify all new measurements equipments while respecting security and environment regulations
- Evaluate the uncertainty of measurements of all equipments and methods used.
- Manager, follow-up and monitor the equipments in accordance with the ISO 17025 standards
- Ensure of the team trainings and keep the accreditation program matrix up-to-date

● Tests activities :
- Understand and take in account the customer need (needs and timing)
- Define equipments and appropriate methods for each demand in accordance with the clients requirements and the standards evolution
- Make sure the tests are done in accordance with ISO 17025
- Ensure that all equipments enable to make the required tests
- Identify and report all dysfunction or abnormal results observed
- Ensure that tests execution and tests reports are done on time
- Ensure the restitution rules, archiving and tested samples destruction are done properly
- Establish the new work instruction related to new methods or new equipments

Qualifications:
- Engineering graduate in Industrial Engineering, mechanics or plastics, Science or equivalent experience
- More than 5 years experience linked with testing laboratory
- Experienced in working with international teams
- Good Quality of oral speech and good writing skills (English)
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO TS 16949 standards
- Knowledge of ISO 17 025 Standards
- Knowledge of material and products manufactured by Delfingen
- Testing activity organization (technicians and equipments)
- Laboratory equipment management


任职资格：
- 理工科专业，丰富的工程塑料以及高分子知识和经验
- 五年以上测试实验室相关工作经验
- 拥有与国际化团队合作的经验
- 具有良好的英语口语交流能力和书写技能
- 英语四级或以上，具备英文文件查询、阅读能力
- 了解ISO 900和ISO TS 16949标准
- 了解ISO 17 025标准
- 熟悉塑料原材料知识，了解汽车线束保护产品更佳
- 对测试活动的组织（技术员和设备）
- 实验室设备管理

工作职责：
● 对测试活动的监督管理：
- 预估完成测试所需费用及时间，保证与申请人进行高效沟通
- 安排实验室的全部测验活动
- 管理实验室的测试活动并协调资源，以便保证服务的快速反应性及质量
- 管理分包商（谈判，协定，技术协议）
- 核实测试报告，对报告的准确性和一致性负责
- 能确保测试报告使用中英双语表述
- 与法国方面验证测试报告
- 定期向上级领导汇报工作

● 质量：
- 在遵守安全和环境法规的前提下，对所有新的测量设备进行设置和鉴定
- 评估所有设备及使用方法测量的不确定性
- 设备的管理、跟踪及监督需要与ISO 17025标准一致
- 确保团队成员得到培训并保证认可计划项目及时得到更新

● 测试：
- 了解并考虑客户需求
- 明确每个需求的设备和适当方法，与客户的要求和标准评估一致
- 确保测试根据ISO 17025完成
- 保证所有设备适用于所需求的测试
- 识别并上报发现的所有机能障碍或不寻常结果
- 保证测试实行和测试报告按时完成
- 确保归还、存档和测试样品销毁等各个环节按流程实施
- 建立与新方式或新设备相关的新的作业指导书
