Job Description 职位描述：
1. Participate to the elaboration and the start up of new manufacturing areas. Involving, machine reception, machine workflow knowledge in order to feedback and train operators during the arrival of the machine, as well as participating in the ramp up activity;
参与定义并开始新的项目。接收设备，熟悉设备并在设备运达时培训生产工人，同时参与项目爬坡阶段的工作；

2. During normal life cycle, regularly check working time, analyze the continuous improvement possibilities (SMED, Hoshin, 5S…), and propose analysis of machine cycle time improvement. Investigate the main breakdowns, in order to follow production productivity based on engineering timings. Make sure the machine and operator times are controlled and followed up as well as work instructions, working standards;
在正常的产品生命周期内，定期核查工作时间，分析持续改进的可行性(快速换产，方针管理，5S...)，提出设备周转时间优化建议。调查主要的故障，促使生产能够匹配工艺节点。保证设备与操作时间为可控的并按照作业指导书，工作标准进行；

3. Responsible for process modification coming from improvement proposals or following product modification;
根据改进建议或者产品更改进行工艺更改；

4. Participate into the manufacturing means, by following and controlling budget, lead time, propose FMEA, requires when necessary process capabilities study and participate in the analysis, participate into corrective actions, write process and production documentation, and propose/participate to the training for operator control and maintenance control;
参与制造过程，跟踪并控制预算及交货结点，制定FEMA，具备一定的工艺分析能力，提出改善措施，编制生产工艺文件，针对操作及维护流程开展培训；

5. Initiate and realize the process improvements activities and follow their implementation up, namely following a Lean Manufacturing Approach;
提出工艺改进的方案，并推行相关工作，类似精益生产；

6. Initiate and/or participate into engineering changes (Product / Process);
发起并参与工程变更（包括产品和工艺方面）；

7. Drive and/or participate into the manufacturing of new manufacturing means;
推动并参与新工艺实施；

8. Participate into the improvement of current manufacturing processes;
参与当前制造流程的优化。

Work Requirement 工作要求：
1. Bachelor of Engineering or above;
相关工程专业本科或以上学历；

2. At least above 3 years working experience in Auto or Mechanical area will be prefered;
至少3年以上工作经验，在汽车或机械行业优先；

3.Skilled in assembly line is must;
必须熟悉装配线工艺；

4. Good English both of spoken and written;
良好的英语听说读写能力；

5. Good team player and capability of independent problem solving.
