职位描述：
The Field Application Engineer within the service department is a specialist instrumentation and technology. Nanosurf AG is the professional manufacturer in Atomic Forces Microscopes,The FAE is main responsible for potential customer direct pre-sale and after-sale instrumentation and application, support including:user and application training,pre-sale applications support, and discussing customer specific application protocols. Personage must be focused with a strong technical background enabling our customers to maintain their instrument at high performance and maximize productivity for their application.

Basic Functions:
1. Potential customer pre-sale supports including:
a.Teaching theory of operation and trainingon instrument operation and applications
b.Demonstration of instrument ability on non-standard samples
c.Provide potential user and customer specific pre-sale application support
d.Test, develop, and optimize application protocols

2.Work directly with customers to diagnose instrument issues for after-sales:
a.Diagnose, research, test, develop, optimize, communicate, and execute the most efficient solution plan for complex electro mechanical hardware/software instrument issues.
b.Create and maintain record of activity in support database
c.Basic maintenance and calibration of instrument and accessories
d.Re-certification of system using both standard and non-standard samples.

Abilities:
Customer focused, passionate about science and technology, and eager to enable customers with Nanosurf AFM technology. 1.Proven excellent analytical capability, theoretical understanding of physics, working knowledge of electronics, mechanics, control systems and computers to be an effective problem solver.
2.Proven ability to install, qualify and be a trainer and technical resource that empowers our customers in the use of complex electro-mechanical instrumentation and application modules.
3.Proven ability to experiment, test, optimize, and develop best practice for support and pre-sale application activity.

Experience requirments:
Minimum of Master degree, in scientific or engineering field from accredited university or college with 3 year relevant experience, or bachelor’s degree in scientific or engineering field from accredited university or college with 5 year relevant experience. 举报 分享
