Responsibilities:
-Supervise the data correctness entered into Information System by auditing process
-Analyze products, flow materials, inventory and scheduling method to define the best structure and settings of these data according to the Group recommendations
-Master data creation include material master data, customer master data and vendor master data
-Create and update parts, bill of material in the Supply Chain Information Systems data according to material typologies define by the Supply Chain network (OEM, OES, WIP, trading parts …)
-Create and update locations, packaging and labels in the Supply Chain Information Systems data base according local norm (GALIA, VDA …), customer requirement and logistic protocol defines with our suppliers
-Manage SAP MM/PP key user team .Key user team structure
-Build up SAP MM/PP key user team include centre team and decentralized team
-Build up SAP MM/PP backup key user team include centre team and decentralized team
-Guarantee key user and backup key user job descriptions are up-to-date
Knowledge management
-Guarantee well and up-to-date trained key users existed for each network and for each process
-Arrange key users deliver proper training for backup key users and end users
-Standard SAP MM/PP project
-Include all sub-system project deployment
-Build up project team according to project requirement
-Communicate with management team to collect business requirement
Requirment：
-1 or2 years in the Supply Chain management，3or 4 years on supply chain information management and SAP experience
-Rigor and cross functional view with other skill and function within industrial entity
-Prefer in the automotive industry.
-Good at English.?
