Position Title: ETL Consultant

Job Summary {Briefly describe primary functions of job}
This individual will be responsible for solution design, integration, data sourcing and transformation, database design and development (logical / physical) and tool implementation related to data warehousing in the Transportation and Logistics industry (responsibility level will be commensurate with the position level and will begin in a learning mode)
Key Responsibilities
？ Interface with Teradata engineering staff as needed to resolve complex technical issues
？ Specify, demonstrate and scope Teradata solutions that deliver business value to the client / prospect.
？ Transfer knowledge and expertise to other TERADATA professional services associates.
？ Provide technical expertise to data warehouse clients that will contribute to innovative business solutions.
Work Environment
Flexible to work in a office and to travel across East China when required
Skills & Attributes
？ Must be able to develop the jobs independently by looking at data model and mapping documents
？ Should be able to create ETL Design Documents & Mapping Specification Documents
？ Should have sufficient experience to work on UNIX/LINUX & Perl Scripting
？ Should have strong database concepts with an ability to write and tune SQL queries
Basic Qualifications
？ BS degree in CS or equivalent
？ Should have worked on at least 1 end to end DW Projects
？ Should have at least 1 years of IT experience
