职位描述：
1.Job title:HSE Manager
2.Purpose:Responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating the implementation of HSE programmer for the whole company to ensure totally compliance with corporate and statutory requirements and maintain safe and healthy working environment for employees；Support all other functions to achieve high level of HSE performance by providing training and coaching.
3.Location: Wuhan, Hubei Province

5.Reports to: Plant Manager,HSE Manager China
6.Number of and profile of reporters(direct and indirect)

7.Financial responsibility
8.5 main accountabilities
a. Responsible for propaganda and implements of the safety policy、 law and rules; conducts HSE related issues under the guide of GM/Deputy GM and the Safety Production Commission
b. Collect and update the national law and rule, policy and other requirements of company and headquarter, and informs all these to company-side workers in time
c. Makes safety working schedule and organizes its implement
d. Set up HSE management system and arrange the safety management meeting to conclude and introduce advanced experience and solve practical problems
e. Conduct HSE training, promotion and communication to improve employees' awareness and competence of HSE, plan for emergency response training; Responsible for the safety training for staff、special operation workers and new-entry workers; And inform the existing company-side hazards and protection measures and emergency responses to all workers
f. Make and modifying the safety rules with the cooperation of related departments; audit the safety operation procedures and accordingly check implement condition
g. Directs the inspection of company-wide HSE facilities to detect existing and potential accident and health hazards and accordingly determines corrective and preventative measures.
h. Organizes the investigation of safety accidents and directs suggestions to accident-related unit
i. Prepare and audit HSE related requirements for ISO14001 & OHSAS 18001 Standard

a. GM / Executive Vice GM, monthly report
b. The Safety Production Commission, monthly report
10.Main interactions-external
a. Local government, frequently
b. Local environment protection department, frequently c. Safety related department of WRC, monthly
11.Qualifications:
University degree, with knowledge in mechanical and electrical equipment
12.Experience
Above 3 years, experience in manufacturing company is preferable.
13.Expertise areas:
Be Familiar with ISO14001 and OHSAS 18001
14.Skills:
a. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
b. Good spoken and written English.
