职位描述：
Missions and Authorities :
Your exact duties would fall into design, development, production, validation.
In design, you'll use your draughting skills and computer-aided design software, turning ideas into blueprints for development and testing. You weigh up issues such as reliability and safety, whether production would be cost-effective, potential environmental impact and the 'look'.
In development, you'll build and test prototypes. You'll use a combination of computer simulations and physical tests to assess strengths, weaknesses, performance and safety. For example, you might test the aerodynamics in a wind tunnel.
In production, you'll plan the production run. You may help to improve machine tools, equipment and processes to make new parts.
In validation , you’ll prepare samples and take care the schedule and results in coordination with internal and external (customer ) needs
-Support any request of 3D Data analysis ; such a providing BOMs,.analyse data at RQF stage, tooling data, etc.
-manage the math data files following the procedures of the company and the customers.

General Activities:
Responsible for the advanced engineering of new vehicle line products
-Reviews and clarifies customer product requirements.
-Performs reviews of designs and modifications with plants and customers.
-Coordinates product data management.
-Responsible for developing the DFMEA/support PFMA
-Performs the development of the Design/Material Validation Plan.
-On-site customer support for product launches.
-Supports development of GD&T and gauging strategies.
-Performs other duties as assigned.

-Participate in the project technical meetings according to the need: design FMEA, design meeting, drawing review, tooling review etc.

Treves built up Wuhan Trecang Automotive Interior Co.,ltd in Wuhan in 2003, 70% of which is held by Treves and 30% is held by Shenda.

2006年：在湖北武汉成立泰佛集团拥有100%股权的武汉泰盛汽车内饰件有限公司（TRESHENG）。
