1.协调、办理员工招聘、入职、离职、调任、升职等手续；
2.负责员工档案的收集、整理、归档，留存备案等；
3.熟悉人力资源管理各项实务的操作流程，熟悉国家各项劳动人事法规政策，并能实际操作运用；
4.具体实施考勤数据的统计，员工出勤情况的监督反馈，各种请、休假单据的保存和归档；
5.积极完成公司上级交办的其他工作。
岗位要求：
1. 大专以上学历，1年以上相关工作经验；
2. 热情开朗，诚实守信，具有良好的团队合作精神；
6.良好的语言表达能力、谈判、沟通技巧，组织协调及应变能力；
7.熟练应用excel表以及office应用软件的操作；
