职位描述：
1.在生产线进行为生产培训 Production training in site
（1）作为一个操作工，按生产计划和标准化操作的要求进行生产，保证生产质量。
Working as an operator, and produce good parts for customer according to requirements of production plan and standardize operation.
（2）作为一个班长，管理1个生产小组，保证质量，成本，交付和人员达到目标要求。
Working as a team leader to manage one production team, and ensure quality, cost, delivery and people.
（3）每两个月人力资源部门和职能部门一起给员工作个人业绩回顾。
The production department needs to make the individual performance review every two months.
2.在质量部门工作 Work in quality department
在质量部门进行为期6个月的职能培训 Functional training for 6 months
3.定岗Define the permanent position
在职能部门轮岗结束后，基于前几次的业绩评估，人力资源部门将和管理培训生面谈并定岗
By the end of the rotation period, HR will do a career interview with the graduates and based on the
performance results, define the permanent position of the graduates.

岗位要求：
1.本科毕业或应届毕业生，机械工程类，自动化，材料等工程技术类专业为宜
Bachelor’s Degree in engineering and material
2.不超过2年工作经验
Less than two years working experience
3.Excel.word等办公软件的使用
Use Excel.workd.. Officer software
4.英文读写说能力
