Responsibility:
1. Secure that handling of customer order and delivery process is in line with SSAB defined standards
2. Secure a seamless interaction between Sales and Customer care as well as "one face" towards the customer
3. Participate in projects to improve customer service, supply & demand chain and so on.
Education/Training:
1. College degree or above, logistic / international trade / finance / computer science background preferred, working experience of customer service and call center preferred
Previous Experience:
1. At least 3 year working experience in foreign company, automotive/manufacturing industry is preferred
2. Knowledge and functional experience in the deployment from the Order to Delivery process
3. Experience from working with modern ERP-systems, SAP is a plus
4. Knowledge & Good ability of English language
Personal Qualities:
1. Customer focus
2. Service minded
3. Structured
