职位描述

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES岗位基本职责:

1. Assist on establishing and implementing ISO9001:2000 QMS and ensuring its planning and implementation is suitable, adequate and effective; to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system;

协助建立和执行ISO9001：2000质量管理体系，确保其策划和执行是适宜的、充分的和有效的；通过质量体系的有效运作提升客户的客户度；

2. Assurancing the quality of products and services in accordance with HD group quality policies and government regulations;

保证产品质量和服务符合亨特集团质量政策和政府法规；

3. Assist Sr. QA Supervisor on rrganizing annual Management Review and Internal Audit to recommend the changes/adjustment in the established quality policy and quality objectives to the plant operation manager

协助高级QA主管组织年度评审和内审，在现有质量政策和目标下向运营经理提出变更/调整建议；

4. Implementing continuous improvement of overall product quality to consistently provide products to meet customer and government regulations;

推行持续改进，以提供持续满足客户能力和政府法律法规的产品；

5. Assisting customer to audit HDMC third party suppliers for compliance and conformance to established specifications, policies and procedures. Reports findings to the Sr. QA Supervisor.

协助客户审核第三方供应商，依据其建立的规格、政策和程序，确立其符合性和一致性，并将审核发现报告高级QA主管；

6. Responsible for QMS documents control and management;

负责质量管理体系文件的受控和处理；

7. Responsible for the daily activities of the HDMC molding facility quality assurance department.

负责HDMC PG注塑车间日常质量保证工作；

8. Responsible for metrology equipment management and calibration;

负责计量仪器的管理和校验；

JOB REQUIREMENTS 岗位相关要求

1. College above in engineering/management related,

工程/管理专业专科以上学历；

2. five (5) years experience in Q.A. management in multi-national environment,

五年以上跨国公司质量管理经验；

3. Three (3) years experience in Injection & molding related working environment;

三年以上注塑模具相关工作经验；

4. Good understanding of ISO9001:2000 QMS requirement, ISO9001/TS16949 Auditor Certification or Equivalent;

对ISO9001：2000质量管理体系要求具有良好的理解，持有ISO9001/TS16949内审员或相关证书；

5. Metrology equipment calibration certification;

持有计量校准证书；

6. Ability to work independently or as part of a team;

具有独立工作能力，和团队合作；

7. Good command of English both in oral and written;

良好的英语口语和书面表达能力；

8. Strong sense of responsibility and can work under pressure
