Goals
?You operate in a highly motivated team in the development and support of prod-ucts in the field of road safety.
?You will be responsible for product and project.
?You work actively in the solution, but also monitor and control outsourced activi-ties

Major tasks

?Support of multi-site cooperation between various internal and external devel-opment teams
?Development of specific software (embedded system with real-time behavior) for traffic monitoring systems
?Integration of existing software modules
?Responsible for the creation of Linux-based system software (C++)
?Development of (automated) software and hardware test procedures
?Development of software tools on PC (i.e. C++, C#, Java, ...)
?Specification, design, integration
?Field testing, data acquisition and evaluation
?Work closely with project management, manufacturing and after sales service
?Requirements analysis and implementation of new technical standards
?Support the development to the use of the client
?Technical contact for software-related topics
?Documentation in Chinese and English
?Internal training

Requirements

?University degree in communications technology, automation technology, tech-nical computer science or equivalent engineering discipline
?At least 3 years work experience in one of the above areas of work, practical ex-perience with technically complex products in the field of instrumentation
?Familiar with C/C++ programming and Linux real-time system.
?Good organizational skills, assertiveness and ability to coordinate

As an integrated optoelectronics group, Jenoptik operates in five divisions: Lasers & Material Processing, Optical Systems, Industrial Metrology, Traffic Solutions and Defense & Civil Systems.
