Main Activities：
1. Staffing and evaluating quality department personnel.
2. Corrective Action Report (CAR) and Non-conforming Raw Material (NCRM) review and approval.
3. Assist in Advanced Quality Planning activities.
4. Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) review and approval.
5. Defects and Parts Per Million (PPM) evaluation and analysis.
6. Internal Quality layered audits / Environmental System audits.
7. Ensure calibration systems are effective.
8. Maintain document control system.
9. Technical support for customers as needed
10. New part review process verification.
11. Organize and complete audits, studies and activities required to ensure Quality System compliance and report results to site management.
12. Assist in training new personnel to perform duties for which he/she is qualified to perform.
13. Performs other duties and projects as may be assigned by the Site General Manager or Superior officers in Delfingen.
Qualifications：
1. Certificates of ISO 9000, ISO 14001 / TS-16949 internal auditor; Must be proficient in Internal Quality Auditing.
2. Minimum 5 years management experience in manufacture industry. Automotive industry is preferred.
3. Highly analytical ability and principled.
4. Good skills in both Chinese and English communication.
5. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.

1. 负责质量部门的人员管理及评估。
2. 负责CAR和NCRM的审批。
3. 协助进行前期质量策划。
4. 负责PPAP的审批。
5. PPM的评估和分析。
6. 内部质量分层审核及环境管理体系审核。
7. 确保校准系统是有效的。
8. 维护文件控制系统。
9. 必要时为客户提供技术支持。
10. 新产品的评估及验证。
11. 组织并完成审核、学习和行动以确保执行质量管理体系，将结果反馈给现场管理。
12. 协助培训新进人员，使其具备履行职责的能力。
13. 执行工厂经理或公司其它上级交办的任务或项目。
任职要求：
1. 持ISO 9000, ISO 14001 / TS-16949 内审员资格证，精通内部质量审核；
2. 至少3年制造业管理经验，汽车行业优先；
3.具备很强的分析能力，且原则性强；
4. 良好的中英文沟通、表达能力；
5. 良好的人际关系及领导力。
