？ Follow ABB project management process to control the cost and cash flow on budget and on time delivery
？ Manage the project risk and opportunities in project execution
？ Meet contractual delivery time and key milestone, get FAC on time
？ Monitor project quality issues, deviation database and take relevant action
？ Make project resource plan and discuss with various function managers to ensure sufficient and qualified resource for project execution
？ Motivate the project team members to ensure project success
？ Supplier selection and negotiation together with SCM team
？ Manage customer expectation and satisfaction
</p><br><p>1. Bachelor Degree and above in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering;
2. 5 years and above working experience on Project management at automation industry; 2 years and above experience on complex and big project management;
3. PM certification and relative qualification are requested; PMP certification is a plus;
4. Fluent English in oral and written;
5. Good communication, coordination, team work and leadership.
