职位描述：
Job Summary:
The Senior planner, DC Logistics role will be responsible for supporting Gap China Logistics Operations management team.
The incumbent will primarily be accountable for wave releasing and wave status controlling together with order management to support the DC operation team while all orders can be fulfilled with high quality.
This role collaborates closely with other Supply Chain functions and other relevant internal business partners to ensure goal alignment and business success

Requirements:
University graduate with at least 2 years’ experience in warehousing planning related position.
Strong data analysis capability and problem solving skills.
Proficient computer skills such as those in Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint and other Microsoft office software applications.
Hands-on experience with WMS operation is preferred.
Experience working in a multi-national company; FF or FMCG distribution is preferred.
China Retail Logistics operational knowledge (from inbound, DC to store).
Strong Integrity, self-motivated, open-minded and ability to work independently and under pressure in a multi-cultural environment with minimal supervision.
Strong interpersonal skills, fluent in written & spoken English and Chinese to support translation services as needed.
Position will be located in Kunshan, China. Domestic (within China) & International travel is required (as necessary)..

Job Descriptions:
Wave task assignment (60% of Time)
    Keeping focus on shipping schedule;
？？ Check inventory situation;
？？ Double check pick location assignment;
？？ Pick location assignment cooperation;
？？ Release wave regarding to real site operation situation;
？？ Double check inventory allocation result and keep order fulfillment in high level;
？？ Fix any abnormal if have;
？？ Release task to site operation;
？？ Check all allocation status daily base, call out if any exception;
？？ Exception case recording;
Wave status monitoring (20% of Time)
    Run wave tracking report;
？？ Check wave status by each;
？？ Communicate with 3PL site operation to complete wave task by functions;
？？ Monitor the status update till ship out;
？？ Push 3PL site operation to complete wave timely;
？？ Voice out if any exception cases happen;
？？ Recording 3PL site operation performance and evaluate accordingly;.
Operation supporting (10% of Time)
    Wave structure analysis once wave released;
？？ Send out wave structure report to site operation;
？？ Re-order the pre-wave sequencing if needed regarding to real site situation;
？？ Push site on wave status and keep monitoring;
？？ Supporting site operation during event period per request;
Reporting (10% of Time).
Pull out and collect related data from WMS;
？？ Analysis the database and generate the report not limited below reports:
Order status report;
Wave status report;
Daily order SLA report;
Daily order fulfillment report;
Others per request
？？ Double check the report;
？？ Send out per request;
