职位描述：
外包质量工程师：
1.负责外包产品的质量管理，
2.外包厂商质量数据分析、改进与推动
3.外包厂商质量考核与评价，
4.与外包厂商的质量信息沟通与传递 。

任职资格：
1.有3年以上现场质量管理经验，对制程管控、异常处理、改善推动有丰富经验，有光器件或光模块等同行经验优先，
2.对QC巡检稽核工作有管理经验，能协助QC工作优化及技能提升，
3.熟悉供应商或外包商的质量管理、定期评价与异常处理，
4.熟悉ISO体系运作要求，能熟练运用QC七大手法及SPC、CPK等统计工具，
5.原则性高，责任心强，擅于沟通，有一定的推动力，
6.本科以上，文字表达与报告编写能力较好，能够编制质量检验与质量管理体系文件。 举报 分享
