职位描述：
1. 根据性能测试的需求，设计性能测试的场景，数据，脚本；
2. 使用主流性能测试工具，产出标准的测试文档；
3. 对性能测试结果有深刻理解，能够对被测系统提出性能优化和改善建议；
4. 使用selenium进行web自动化测试；
5. 负责自动化测试用例的编写与维护；
6. 独立完成自动化测试任务，根据工作需要开发测试工具、测试脚本、监控脚本等；

任职资格：
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业；
2. 熟悉软件测试流程，3年以上软件测试经验，2年以上性能测试和自动化工作经验；
3. 精通性能测试场景设计，掌握系统性能测试方法；
4. 熟练掌握主流性能测试工具Jmeter(优先)、loadrunner；
5. 能够熟练使用selenium进行自动化测试脚本的开发；
6. 能够熟练编写自动化测试脚本进行功能和接口的自动化测试；
7. 有开发能力，熟练使用Java/Python任意一种语言，了解常用linux命令能编写shell脚本； 举报 分享
