Job Responsibilities:

1.Manages Supplies

-Guarantees logistics technical data(Batch size,Lead time,multiple supplies)and ensures maintenance of this data.

-Controls accuracy of elements stemming from information systems before sending to supplies.

-Anticipates shortages of components and materials.

-Ensure communication with suppliers.

-Sends reminders to suppliers in case of late deliveries and informs their management and colleagues.

-Records incidents and awards demerit points.

-Follows up supplier performance daily(service rate)

-Ensure updating of Average Daily Consumption.

-Organizes exceptional transport on purchases.

-Controls and optimize stock levels in their perimeter(material and purchased parts)

2.Participates in internal and external supply flow management in some organizations

-Participates in the elaboration of instruction sheets and procedures for the logistics department

-Detects and solves standard problems concerning their job and ensure effective solutions.

3.Participates in continuous improvement

-Participates in daily logistics performance meeting and keeps their indicators updated

-Participates in gap analysis and daily progress using problem solving tools

-Follows progress/delay of their suppliers

-Follows supplier service rate daily

-Follows and analyzes negative stocks or COGI daily

-Participates in improving reliability of stocks and identifies action plans

-Participates in working groups(VSM,SMED,Kanban etc...)

-Proposes improvement measures aiming to reduce stocks.
