职位描述：

The ABB Group of companies operates in roughly 100 countries and employs about 135,000 people.</p><br><p>- Support PMU in creating, implementing and controlling over relevant quality standards and system requirements;
- Monitor, supervision and responsibility for quality indicators;
- Build, improve and promote quality awareness within organization, conduct trainings;
- Provides regular statistical report for quality improvement by systematically collecting and analyzing information and taking the initiatives to ensure corrective actions are taken;
- Evaluate and analyze customer complain issues and lead communication with customer perceptions toward greater customer satisfaction;
- Perform system, process and product audits;
- Implement actions and corrective actions in order to improve quality in different production areas and within suppliers;
- Represent quality department in external and client audits.
- Driving continuous improvement project or Kaizen
</p><br><p>- Technical University degree (Quality Management preferred);
- 5+ years of quality management experience in production company;
- Knowledge in the area of modern quality management methods and techniques;
- Ability to read technical documentation;
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively with a wide range of people;
- Good command of English;
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and ERP systems;
- Team player attitude, client orientation and passion for detail.
