Job Description:
Apply technical and practical knowledge of mechanical hardware industry along with expert knowledge of engineering processes and techniques to create excellent products that meet reliability, schedule, cost, and quality goals.
Evaluate/test systems and components for reliability, safety and performance and make recommendations.
Discuss and support technical issue with OEM supplier.
Coordinate, lead and report findings to Senior Leadership Team. This role takes primary responsibility in ensuring that all technical aspects of the projects are achieved.
Conceive, design, develop and analyze product for various residential and commercial security product applications.
Diagnose product problems in the field and assess & implement corrective actions. Provide related technical support to commercial team and customers.
Must possess good verbal and written communication skills and have the ability and experience to provide capable project leadership.
Work with vendors to source and evaluate purchased components and with manufacturing to produce or assemble manufactured components and assemblies.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering.
3 years of industrial experience in the mechanical area ( security and door hardware business will be preferred ).
Knowledge of sheet-metal, die-casting, machining and coating are required.
Fluent mandarin. Intermediate to upper level written and spoken English skills preferred.
Strong technical problem solving skills.
Should have extensive knowledge of manufacturing techniques and process capabilities.
Should have experience in application of security products.
Should be expert in analyzing mechanical systems and understand tolerancing in order to achieve excellent product performance and best cost.
