Mission:
To daily and weekly monitor and analyze root cause of SC&L main KPI OTDS,OTDC2 and ULO, Customer complaints management and coordinate SC&L to handle customer issues and Quality issues.
Responsibilities:
Process Owner and Pusher for 2nd delivery commitment
Weekly monitor OTDC2 report, make analysis and push related department to make improvement.
Process Owner and Pusher For delivery schedule date updating
Daily monitor ULO report to make analysis and push related department to make improvement.
Internal control and handle customer complaints
? Setup and monitor SC&L internal customer complaint system (ZFD system).
? Coordinate SC&L to handle customer complaints.
? Critical Issue case initiator and follower
Logistics Leader for Quality Case handling
Coordinate with China Quality team and JVs to handle product quality issue.
Team player for logistics customer survey and action follower
Together work with SC&L team members to make improvement plan after customer survey.
Requirements:
Degree in Supply Chain & Logistics Management or any discipline in Business Administration/Sales/Marketing/Quality
Supply Chain & Logistics, Sales or Marketing, Project Management, Quality management
Sales, Marketing. Understanding of how the Schneider SC works;
Good English Skill
