POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The ideal candidate will have experience managing marketing campaigns for an IT company and a B2B audience. This person will own our Marketing Communications strategy, and will ensure our team is delivering a consistent, branded message to a global audience of potential customer and partners. This position provides a great opportunity to work with a talented team, interact with key leaders in the business and to join a fast growing, global company in one of the fast growing industries. This person will truly have a voice in the direction and expansion of our brand, and be able to see their contributions affect the growth of our company.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Manage our Marketing Communications strategy and budget
? Work closely with CEO in the development of marketing communications campaigns
? Design and develop marketing collateral including sales brochures, sales documents, newsletters, technical documents with product specifications, company presentations and trade show slicks
? Work with product development to continually ensure sales materials are up to date, reflect changes in product functionality, and on brand.
? Control and coordinate significant documentation parameters throughout life cycle (i.e. accuracy of information, layout standards, print / web specifications, marketing messaging / positioning, etc.)
? Help to build and manage a Marketing Communications Team as the company continues to grow

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
? Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
? A minimum of 5 years of experience managing marketing campaigns for a B2B audience
? Experience marketing an IT product or solution preferred
? Experience with global marketing preferred
? Fluency in English preferred
? Creative, out-of-the-box thinker with the ability to meet deadlines while staying organized
? Excellent verbal communications skills, especially the ability to make and respond to inquiries over the phone to and from customers, prospects, partners, industry analysts and members of the media
? Superior written communications—familiarity with Associated Press style desired
? Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently while working under limited supervision
? Ability to work effectively in the marketing team’s highly collaborative, fast-paced environment as well as with cross-functional teams
? Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce.com and Internet-based research
