DESCRIPTION OF JOB DUTIES 岗位责任描述

1. Providing excellent, efficient
   customer services to support business vision while minimize financial risks
   exposure
2. Providing relevant and timely
   information for decision making
3. To minimize tax exposure within and
   outside Shanghai
4. Ensure management reporting and
   operation system in compliance with corporate guidelines and requirements
5. Optimize system functional
   operation
6. Involved in budgetary planning and
   control for the entire company
7. To communicate with related officer
   frequently and get support from them
8. To take the necessary
   action as requested. Optimize system functional operation

QUALIFICATIONS & WORK
EXPERIENCE 资历及工作经验要求

1. University degree / MBA
   qualification.
2. Minimum 5 years experience within
   brand/marketing management within FMCG.
3. Action-oriented, able to meet
   deadlines, persistent and capable of implementing change.
4. Sound commercial/business
   understanding.
5. High work capacity and
   team-orientation,able to work under pressure & tight deadline.
6. Strong conceptual skills with an
   eye for detail and alert in grasping business issues.
7. Possess good interpersonal skills,
   positive attitude and pleasant outgoing personality.
8. Strong communications
   skills in English and Mandarin.
