Key
Responsibilities
Develop, implement and maintain effective best practices in
- Recruitment and Selection systems,
- Performance management establish and act;
- Health and Safety programs.
- Be reponsible for adminstration management
Develop a Communication Strategy that supports the business objectives and
provides for open and effective communication across all functions and levels
of the organization.
Precondition
-University graduate in HR Management or related discipline
-At least 5 years relevant experience in HR, at least 3 years at management
level in FMCG.
-Familiar with all HR functional processes and tools, well versed in
governmental rules & labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good English communication skill, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook,
PowerPoint)
