Responsibilities

? Establish technical and cost data analysis model.
? Support to develop technical solution on commercial platform applications( PoS, Mobile App, etc).
? Monitor each Shopping Centre operation status for both commercial and technical practices.
? Timely report management through daily finding.
? Generate weekly data analysis report.
? Benchmark each centre for best practice and lesson learned sharing.
? Propose findings for central and centre management to develop opportunities for continuous improvement on commercial and technical practices.
? Responsible to lead and coordinate each centre FMS needed data entry.
? Coordinate with Global FMS deployment.
? Any task assigned by Central Property management.


Qualifications
? Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
? Strong analytical skills is a must.
? Excellent application skills in using Microsoft Office Excel and Access, etc.
? Know-how ability of backend system mechanism between ERP and commercial platforms.
? FMS/Maximo application background is preferred.
? Be a fast learner with self initiative.
? Business acumen on both technical and commercial operation is preferred.
? Good communication and interpersonal skills.
? Excellent oral and written English.
