Responsibilities:
- Develop and guild national traditional trade distributor in order to build up effective and qualified distribution network in traditional channel , then achieve the annual sales revenue budget and SGM target
- Visit the 2nd. Wholesalers and Resellers in key markets on a regular basis to develop the business relationship with the trade and retail
- Upgrade the market information in terms of trade trend, distributor stock and competition
- Supervise and monitor the sell-in, sell-out, display and merchandising of the chain store, stationery store and book store in TT trade.
- Be an interface between our distributors (and their customers) and sales and marketing management
- Drive new product launch in line with global/national business strategy.
- Achieve designated annual sales revenue targets & SGM target
- Supporting trade marketing and the regional distributors in the initiation, implementation and coordination of product marketing and advocacy programs.
Requirements:
- University degree or above.
- Major in Business Management is preferred.
- At least 4 years of sales in a progressive internationally well-known premium consumer goods industry or FMCG
Good negotiation skills
- Sound analytical skills and acute attention to details
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
