职位描述：
Job Description
Specialize in MACOM’s High Performance Analog ICs and their specific applications. Provide expert level lab support in the Shenzhen office. Work with design engineering to produce product documentation and applications collateral. As a test technician, perform optical and electrical test, debug and hands-on lab work.

Candidate Requirements
Associate or similar degree and 8 years of experience in a related position are required. Ability to work in a team environment and strong communications skills are essential. Experience with high performance analog applications is required. A background in test engineering and manufacturing is considered beneficial to a successful candidate.

Lab experience should include: advanced test and measurement instruments such as oscilloscopes, DMM’s, signal generators, and BERTs. Specific experience with high speed electrical or optical transmission interfaces, highly desirable.

Ability to follow written procedures and generate a test report in necessary. Familiarity with optical transmission module construction and associated standards is highly desirable.
 
Test Technician Responsibilities
EVM Test Support
? Perform optical testing of evaluation boards according to the written test procedure
? Perform electrical testing using BERTs, power supply monitor and DMMs
? Perform visual inspection of boards
? Test per established limits and document results with data and screen shots
? Perform soldering and rework as necessary
? Communicate with the hardware department inside MACOM to resolve issues.
EVM Customer Delivery Preperation
? Prepare customer EVM kit
o Box
o Test results
o EVM
o USB or other media with EVM documentation
? Ship to customers as requested
