1.Production:
- Assemble, test and pack products or subassemblies to quality and quantity standards defined by the work area and release on time the products or subassemblies into stock.
- Monitor and verify quality of each production operation using visual inspection, basic measurement devices, automated test equipment and TQC techniques.
- Finish production line tasks on time according to monthly build plan.
- Make day to day decisions regarding use of available resources with input from co-workers, other work areas, supervisors/managers and/or technical support as needed.
2.Process Control:
- Perform in accordance with process document to ensure process consistence and compliance with ISO stipulation.
- Collect, record and file test results and quality data on forms, charts, graphs, terminals, etc. for product/process control. If needed, submit to statistician for filing.
- Take charge of on-line material and work in process subassembly management, ensure traceability of on-line inventory.
- Finish monthly physical count on time to make sure that the records correspond with the actual quantity.
3.ISO compliance:
- Manage and maintain tools and equipment according to relative regulations to make sure that the work environment meets ESD requirements.
- Strictly implement ESD practice.
- Ensure safety, clearness and tidiness of work environment, abide by EHS criteria.
- Use and manage dangerous goods and standard substance in strict compliance with related regulation (if applicable).
4.Problem Solving:
- Analyze and solve general problems that occur in production process. Seriously record data retrieved in production process and timely communicate with related engineer for continuous improvement.
- Be the technical reference for a variety of production line tasks. Provide leadership, coaching and training to operators
- Inform supervisor, engineer or statistician of material, tooling or process problems that may affect production schedule or product quality.
5.Continuous Improvement:
- Offer utmost support to cooperate with engineer so as to increase product turn on rate, reduce AFR and shorten cycle time.
- Participate in tracking, investigating, recommending and implementing changes to improve production process capabilities in areas such as quality, efficiency, capacity, etc. using TQC methodology and data-based process information.
- Participate actively in related QC program and give suggestion based on experience and knowledge.
6.Support:
- Support repair of products returned from customer.
- Lead to build new product prototypes and initiate SOP
- Support product transfers.
7.Others
- Conduct all business activities in accordance with Agilent's Standard of
Business Conduct.
- Promote teamwork and cooperative effect.
- Help train and give guidance to other employees.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and unobstructed work area, practicing good safety habits, and utilize appropriate safety equipment.
- Provide customers (internal & external) with the highest quality of products and services.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Profound product assembly experience, familiar with production process.
- Strong technical skills and ability to conduct general trouble shooting.
- Good understanding of ISO regulation.
- Good understanding of quality and process control.

- Skillful computer application skill.
- Basic English command in reading, writing and oral communication
