职位描述：
Main Purpose of Job:

Carry out microscopic investigation of samples defects through skilled operation of SEM, meanwhile, take responsibility for routine maintenance and primary calibration of SEM

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide instant support to the customers regarding the SEM observation
2. Identify and highlight microscopic information of any defects to help establish the root causes for defect development.
3. Train the peer coworkers in SEM operation
4. Stay in effective and efficient contact with SEM manufacturer for operation capability promotion and instant assistance in case of SEM breakdown
5. Develop, maintain and play a leadership role in SEM network (internal and external users, contracted maintenance provider, instrument producer). This includes identifying opportunities for the promotion team performance in SEM application, circulation of SEM experience in coping with our samples
6. Identify key SEM users who send us most of the samples
7. Represent the team to interpret and defend data derived from SEM on their authenticity
8. Pro-actively identify and participate relevant trainings organized by established SEM producers

Knowledge and Experience Required:
1. A University degree, in metallurgy, chemistry, or equivalent
2. At least 5 years relevant working experience in industry
3. In-depth experience with SEM operation and maintenance
4. Experience in working with plating shops
5. Excellent knowledge of English
6. Excellent skills in communication, networking and interpersonal relationships across cultures
7. Good reporting skills
8. Team spirit while also exhibiting an ability to work independently
9. Pro-active, self-starter
