有数据库编程开发经验的优先！
要求至少2年以上DBA工作经验
有SQL SERVER/MySQL 维护经验优先！

负责公司数据库项目的日常维护；支持开发团队在项目开发和解决维护上的数据库专项问题：
1. 精通MySQL数据库安装、备份、恢复，表、空间、索引设置。
2. 精通Innodb管理和优和MySQL表、空间、索引、内核、SQL优化與存储过程开发。
3. 精通Linux/Unix配置与管理，掌握Shell/Perl/Python后台自动监控脚本撰写能力。
4. 能按规范完成数据库软件设计、编码及文档编写工作，有良好的笔记整理能力和归纳学习能力。
5. 熟悉MySQL其他发行版的安装和调试，熟悉XtraBackup。
6. 良好中英文沟通與问题解决能力，能熟练阅读英语技术文档和报告。
7. 有快速理解学习、掌握新技术的能力和对新技术的追求精神。
8. 具有良好的团队协作能力，心态积极、乐于接受挑战，能承受工作压力。
9. 了解ETL原理，熟悉并熟练掌握 SSIS / SSRS等BI工具的优先。
