作为关于产品认证窗口，与内部和外部进行（计划，方法，技术问题）的沟通。
负责制定DV/PV阶段的试验大纲
负责分析客户标准，在有异议的 情况下， 提供可替代的方法， 要求
评估测试预算。
确保开发中的测试符合项目预算
根据客户或者项目的时间节点，负责制定测试计划 并确保完成。
定义测试工装标准
针对发动机零件进行产品开发验证。
编写测试报告
对产品进行测试评估（通过测试， 未通过测试， 不相关测试）
支持设计工程师对产品失效进行分析并且给予一些专业建议。
确保测试的正确进行和有效的总结经验教训。
在SOR阶段或开发阶段参与技术评审 （内部、外部）。

职位需求：
1.机械，材料专业或汽车专业学士学位或硕士学位。
2. 本科学历6年及以上工作经验， 硕士学历3年及以上工作经验
3. 汽车行业工作经验以及对发动机有一定了解（空气进气系统， 凸轮轴罩盖， 分离系统， 进气岐管等）
4.拥有良好的沟通能力， 团队工作意识， 能抗住一定的工作压力，可以接受加班工作
5.具有良好的计划性
6.英语沟通良好

Job Description:
1.Be the window person Internally (Project team) / Externally (Customer) for all items linked to Product validation (planning, method, technical issue)
2.Be responsible for the definition of ADVP in DV/PV phase
3.Be responsible for analysis of customer specifications. If not consistent, propose alternative method, requirements
Propose validation budget
4.Be responsible for the validation budget assigned on the project
5.Be responsible for the planning of validation
6.Define specifications for validation jig
7.Perform product validation mainly on engine components during project development.
Redaction of test report
8.Make product assessment (ok test, nok test, not relevant….)
9.Support the design engineer during product failure (analysis, proposal, expertise)
10.Ensure best practice and lesson learn
11.Participate to Technical Review (Internal / External) in SOR or development stage

Job requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or Master degree in Mechanical or Polymer or Vehicle
2. 6 years experience or above for bachelor degree, 3 years or above for master degree
3. Work experience in automotive industry and know-how on the engine (Air Intake System, Cam Cover, Decanting System, Manifold…)
4. Good communication skills, teamwork player, resistance to pressure, can make overtime job.
5. Good ability to anticipate and plan
6. Good in English
