职位描述：
Mission:
? Member of the purchasing Dept, he/she has to identify and validate the qualified suppliers, following group procedures, in order to reach the QCD targets of the suppliers.
? Define and implement the purchasing strategy of the commodity for which he/she is responsible, incorporating the global strategy of the plant and in line with the guidelines defined by the group coordination team to which he/she belongs (for coordinated families).

Main Responsibility:
? Defines and implements the purchasing strategy for his/her commodity(ies).
? Prepares and drives annual purchasing budget process for his/her commodity(ies):
      -Develops aggressive QCD improvement plan (incl. all levers) and obtains purchasing manager validation
      -Monitors and produces analysis on key performance indicators
? Draws up and implements the productivity plan for his/her purchasing commodity(ies) in line with budget objectives and using all levers: technical and commercial productivity, QCD workshops, re-sourcing, etc.
? Ensures the quality of his/her purchased components in collaboration with the Quality team.
      - For volume-produced components, through his/her involvement in the follow-up of progress plans and the signing of QCD contracts.
      - For new projects, defines and controls communication flows and contents between project teams and suppliers
? Participates, with the SQA, in the selection of suppliers for each project. Chairman of the sourcing committee,validates the final choice and ensures that supplier designers are integrated properly.
? Evaluate and manage the suppliers’ performance timely
? Handles purchasing administration (management of modifications, supplier files, component files, etc.)
? Deal with other purchasing affairs required by Purchasing Manager
? Makes result reports monthly.

Qualification:
? CET-4, be able to read and write in English
? Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electronic engineering etc
? Knowledge of purchasing department operations, preferably in the automotive sector.
? Good commercial negotiation skills.
? At least five years’ experience in Purchasing, or two years R&D, Industrialization and Quality.
? Computer skills: PC software, Internet.
? Willing to travel frequently 举报 分享
