职位描述：
Responsibilities:
The individual accountabilities will include, though not be limited to, some or all of the following:
- Provide daily technical support to customer, distributor, agent and sales team, support product technical issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Cooperate with product management team to report existing products issues and follow up improvement actions.
- Involve in new product launch program, provide new product technical training and application introduction.
- Collect competitor product information; maintain and update technical comparison sheet regularly.
- Initiate and participate in key project kick off meetings, hand over further technical support as required during the project implementation period.
- Visit on site to assess customer products installation and maintenance needs, closely work with application and field service team to support customer correct installation and operation.
- Provide qualified Chinese version Presentation, Brochures, and Datasheets.
- Deliver technical presentations and seminars to customers with clear selling points.

Requirements:
? Preferably educated to degree level in a science or engineering discipline, although this is not essential if good vacuum background is proven.
? At least 5 years working experience in technical/Field supporting roles ideally with a high technology company.
? Ability to quickly understand various industrial manufacturing processes and the vacuum requirements of each
? Strong analytical capability, including the use of various software tools to aid technical simulation.
? Strong awareness of safety, and implications of recommending correct equipment and operating practices to ensure safe operation.
? Influencing, communication, presentation and negotiating skills, both internally and externally. Able to achieve credibility and command respect.
? Fluency in Chinese language is essential, strong English communication skills are also important.
? Good time-management and personal disciplines to handle multi-task, time- constrained activities, driven by customer requirements.
? Self-starter and motivator with a committed approach to meeting the goals of the department. 举报 分享
