职位描述：
General Profile:
? Fully demonstrates in-depth knowledge and experience.
? Assigned as a resource for colleagues with less experience including as a coach/mentor. Works independently, receives guidance in only moderately complex situations.
? Has or develops device and process integration expertise for OLED display, OLED lighting, OPV, CIGS PV, and touch sensor applications
? Has or develops in depth understanding of flexible substrates, metrology, deposition technologies, and R2R patterning & printing technologies
? Has or develops full understanding of R2R Coating Machine Hardware and Process window - ability to operate the machine in manual mode to maximize process results
? Documents tests and results in Runsheet and power point presentation; and drives effective communication to the BU and Customer
? Solves a range of customer high value problems, analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures.
? Understands key process parameters and translates such into solution focused DOEs
Key Responsibilities
1. Serves as liaison between the customer and the Business Unit for assigned projects, ensuring clear understanding of customer issues and delivery of applicable solutions.
2. When necessary, works closely with customer to optimize tool performance to meet customer process and integration requirements.
3. Checks and approves operational quality of system equipment. Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system.
4. Provides highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site installation, as well as overseeing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems.
5. Knowledge of 3 or more processes on 1 or more technologies
6. When necessary, works closely with customer to optimize tool performance to meet customer process and integration requirements.
7. Support R&D, FSO and BU activities when opportunities available.
8. Any other assigned task.

Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor's Degree (Material Science / Physics/ Engineering); Master preferred
2. Experience: 4years and above, relevant, hands-on experience
3. Language Spoken: English / Mandarin,
4. Written: English/ Mandarin,
