岗位职责：
1、根据公司战略规划，分解制订资产管理部年度、月度工作目标和工作计划；
2、全面管理资产管理部，保证资产管理部相关经营指标的实现；
3、负责集团和下属公司待处置资产的清理及盘活工作；
4、全面把控资产管理业务各个环节的合规、合法经营；
5、完成领导交办的其他工作。
任职条件：
1、大学本科及以上
2、行政管理、工商管理、会计、财务专业；任职过资产管理管理岗位、工商管理专业培训优先；3年以上本岗位工作经验；
3、通晓资产管理管理专业知识；出众的公文写作能力、会议主持等方面的知识；
4、出色的条理性、良好的沟通能力、组织协调能力、学习能力、影响力，熟练掌握WORD,EXCEL，PPT等办公软件使用方法。
5、具有很强的发现问题与解决问题的能力、人际交往能力、计划与执行能力、引导培训能力、能够承担较大的工作压力。
