职位描述：
岗位职责：
负责注塑机的运行,控制和日常改进。管理转变生产活动,与其他部门协调。快速反应和跟进注塑车间的异常情况。
1.生产过程中根据定义参数,公差,和需要的后续工艺(OK开始,参数审计,维护记录…)确保和控制注塑过程稳定。
2.根据注塑主管的决定，负责具体注塑实验和FDPR。
3.注塑机及相关辅助设备的二级预防性维护或保养。
4.领导/使用QRAP作为解决问题的方法来查找和处理注塑机问题(液压、电气或机械故障)
5.生产停止后负责产品和过程验证(转变开始,改变和故障）
尊重并遵循安全与环境要求
6.根据日常生产,安排操作工达到计划的数量。
7.快速反应和跟进异常情况(包括:质量问题、安全、生产计划变更,等…)
8.提高生产效率。
9.对操作员进行AML的规章培训,包括车间标准和公司章程
10.培训操作员,跟进、评估效果
11.开展每日5's会议和QRAP会议
12.组织和监督车间5's
13.每月绩效考评
14.适应倒班工作
15.能完成APU主管分配的其他任务

任职要求：
1.技校以上学历，机电一化、设备维修以及其他先关专业
2.5年以上注塑机维修经验，维修技术成熟，熟练操作，熟悉Sepro robot和Demag机，能实现预防，纠正性维修
3.熟悉注塑机的工作原理以及相关辅助设备的维护，包括机械手，冷却水设备，电子传感器和模具温度控制器,研磨机,干燥机
4.熟悉注塑机的工作管理，能熟练的阅读、理解图纸
5.工作认真负责，严谨细致，有良好的团队精神和沟通能力
6.基本的英语阅读和书写能力，能阅读英文版机械指令者优先

MISSION：
Responsible for Injection machine Implementation, Control and Daily Improvement
manage production activities of shift, also coordinate with other dept.
Quick response and follow up on abnormal situation within injection workshop.
1.Ensure and Control Injection Process stability during production according to defined parameters, tolerances and needed process follow-up (ok start, parameter audit,Maintenance record…)
2.Is appointed for specific injection trial and FDPR upon decision of Injection molding supervisor.
3. injection molding machine and related auxiliary equipment Level2 preventive maintenance or corrective maintenance.
4.Lead/Use QRAP as problem solving methodology to find and deal with the injection machine issues (hydraulic, Electric or mechanical failure)
5.responsible for product and process validation after production stop (shift start, change-over and stoppage.
Respect and follow SAFETY and ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
6. According to daily production, arrange operators to achieve the plan quantity.
7.Quick response and follow up abnormal situation (include: quality issue, safety, production plan change, etc…) –Stop production according within stop@defect mindset or risk detected.
8.Improve the productivity for production .
9.training operator to respect of AML rules, include workshop standard and company regulation
10.Training operators , also follow up and evaluate the effect
11.Handling daily 5’s meeting and line QRAP meeting
12.Organize and monitor workshop 5S
13.Monthly operator performance evalution

TRAINING AND PROFIL:
1.technical school or above, mechanical and electrical integration and equipment maintenance and other related professional
2.more than 5 years experience in injection molding machine maintenance, requires maintenance technology mature, skilled operation ,Sepro robot and Demag machine, can implement the preventive and corrective maintenance;
3.familiar with the working principle of the injection molding system and related auxiliary equipment and maintenance, including manipulator, cooling water equipment,electronic sensors and mold temperature controller, grinder, dryer
4.familiar with the working principle of injection molding machine, skilled in reading and understanding drawing (eg:hydraulic);
5.serious and responsible work, rigorous and meticulous, have a good team spirit and communication skills
6.basic English reading and writing skills, read the English version of the machine instructions is a plus 举报 分享
