职位描述：
1.专业技能要求Technical Skill Requirements：
？Technical degree in construction and/or M&E (mechanical and electrical)
？High/Low voltage certification and AutoCAD software knowledge will be appreciated and at least will be needed
？Have a good experience for plant facility issue including air-compressor/air –conditioning/lighting system/water drainage system/process water /fire-fighting/door access system/kitchen equipment and other building related issues maintenance experience

2.个人素质要求Personal Attribute Requirements：
？Good understanding of facility issues, maintenance issues, contracts management, project management and financial management.
？Considerable knowledge and experience of manufacturing equipment, air conditioning systems, electrical systems, building and facility maintenance and equipment repair.
？Ability and understanding of local government codes and regulations involving construction, installation, fire, safety and environment.
？Ability to meet with service contractors and vendors regarding the negotiation of contracts, agreements and guarantees.
？Master the tools of human management, be used to work in team and not alone and to coordinate
？Fair English skill and good PC skills.
？Good team motivator and leader
？Rich safety &health & environmental knowledge and experience will be one plus
3. 工作职责及内容 Responsibilities:
？ Supervises and coordinates all maintenance service and repairs pertaining to building and related equipment.
？ Management of utility services, maintenance, and administration issues to ensure the day to day plant operation smoothly.
？ Takes charges of all emergencies and ensures responsible back-up is available in order to take corrective action as necessary.
？ Implement all maintenance and general procurement of materials and parts, schedules installations and oversees that such repairs are accomplished in a safe and timely manner.
？ Formulas and implements preventative programs for utility systems, equipment and building maintenance.
？ Manage a variety of outside contractors and suppliers to ensure a quality delivery of the services meeting corporate requirements.
？ Lead and manage site construction projects.
？ Conducts in –service training to his/her subordinates and implements safety regulations and programs while any facility work will be arranged.
？ Work closely with EHS function and take the leading role to EHS
？ Be responsible for department project and facility budget.
？ Be responsible to elaborate and maintain all technical documents linked to Buildings and Facilities (i.e. electrical drawings, lay-out, agreements…)
？ Be responsible for improvement and reduction of running costs (power consumption, water...) 举报 分享
