Technical Responsibilities：
- To carry out electronics environment tests and electrical tests, analyze result and feedback to team.
- To be window person for both internal and external (customers & suppliers) for electronics and electrical
relevant issues.
- To validate design verification on products or system during industrialization phase.
- To report to the section head, the progress of all his projects and tasks.
- To review all Customer specification and establish an internal specification.
- To assure that all QRC’s and reviews are conducted and followed up within stipulated schedule.
- To be responsible of the timeliness of all development related activities of his projects.
- To follow up all test matters on the designated projects until QRC3 is completed.
Personal Responsibility :
- To take care of all equipment and instruments belonging to the department
Authority, contacts to third party:
- To comply to EAP’s latest approved signatory instruction.
- All contacts to third parties such as customers, other AL divisions, vendors and heads of departments
and higher management the section head has to be informed. All pieces of writing including electronic
e-mail and faxes addressed to the same group of receivers are to go through the section head.
Qualification:
- Bachelor of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, equivalent or higher; experience in the
development of product reliability and reliability testing for automotive industry or similar is desirable.
- Experience in planning, use and maintenance of validation equipment.
- Automotive Electronics background required.
- Basic know-how in electronics components (active & passive) characteristics, LED, Microcontroller
characteristics.
- Familiar with Electronic manufacturing (SMD production, assembly, ICT, EOL, programming,..) is
preferable
- Good command of English in both spoken and written, CET4 is a must.
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.

2）技术支持
马瑞利提供头灯、尾灯及前雾灯相关设计、工艺、生产、管理等环节所需技术支持，光学及电子组件设计共享马瑞利全球资源。长期委派外籍技术总监领导合资公司的研发团队，并帮助合资公司建立工程数据库，指导和帮助合资公司完成所有新产品的开发，支持合资公司建立独立开发和制造产品的能力。
3）设备及工程能力
