岗位职责：
负责注塑加工、控制和改善,确保生产的顺利进行;
1.根据模具维护计划维护生产模具,及时维护模具;
     *修复模具
     *协助车间生产领导人
     *实现模具维修工作指令,完成模具保养和维修记录;
2.能够排除,诊断和修复生产设备问题/故障，识别注塑设备/工具上的问题，提供纠正措施
3.负责注塑区域的备件管理
   参与注塑区域内的改善和生产力的行为。

要求：
1.技校以上学历,机械制造或工具专业;
2.从事注塑工作5年及以上;
3.之前有从事过注塑2 k成型和微塑性成形;
4.熟悉CAD绘图和办公软件;
5.熟悉机械加工和制造原则;
6.熟悉英语优先;
7.能适应轮班工作要求;

MISSION:
Responsible Injection tooling Implementation, Control and Improvement following to ensure production run smoothly;
1. According to mold maintenance plan for production mold maintenance, timely treatment when maintenance mold problems;
* Repair of molds (ejector replacement, safety ejection, stracks; ... ..).
* Intervention in the assistance workshop of the Leader of Production during the uncertainties (stracks, hydraulic cylinders, knives of deshunting ...)
* Realize mould maintenance work instruction, complete the mould maintenance and repair records;
2. Capable of troubleshoot, diagnose and repair production equipment problems/failures and identify problems on injection molding equipment/tools and provide corrective actions
3. Is in charge of spare parts management for injection molding Area
Is involved in improvement and productivity actions within the Injection molding area.

TRAINING AND PROFIL:
1. Technical school or above, mechanical manufacturing or tooling
2. Engaged in injection molding work for 5 years or above working experience
3. Before have work injection 2k molding and Micro-plastic molding
4. Familiar with CAD drawing software and Office software
5. Be familiar with mechanical processing and manufacturing principle
6. Be familiar with English is a plus
