1、专科及以上学历，进出口贸易、物流类相关专业；
2、3年以上管理经验，10年以上货代/贸易相关领域业务操作及客服经验；
3、熟悉海/空运操作，及具备处理问题及解决问题的能力及经验
4、英文听，说，读，写熟练，excel及PPT的能力强
5、工作细心、责任心强，抗压能力性强。具有较强的自我奉献精神及服务意识。
岗位职责：
1、 负责term的团队建设
2、 负责部门regular及DDP/DAP/DDU客户的维护，开发
3、 Support 销售人员的客户维护及开发
4、 Monitor 部门操作人员的daily job 和open&close job.
5、 处理及上报部门的trouble job 和pending job.
6、 时时分析业务发展情况并汇报给到上级
