Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities:
?Work closely with divisional marketing team building up China market landscape by segment, by product line, by division , by region, by channel assisting annual STRAP process;
?Assist SMD Director compiling industry, customer and competitor intelligence report for QBR meeting;
?As the focal person centralize customer visit, marketing campaigns, demo activities and all relevant data entry into SFDC and I-connect;
?Work very closely with Finance and divisional CSR on new account segmentation approval. Develop effective process to validate segmentation code of 20,000 existing accounts to clean up existing customer data;
?Prepare customer profile, KA and Focused Account revenue report, competitor profile report for GLT and CLT visit;

Experience and Qualifications:
?Must have customer data entry, data management and analysis experience for over 2 years; Hardworking, Experience using SAP, SFDC or similar data management definitely a plus. Candidates must be willing to stay in-house and pay attention to data accuracy & details;
?Must be a daily user of Excel, PPT, Word and other Office Software application;
?Must be at mastery level of English language support SMD Director preparing various document for MBR/QBR/STRAP;
?B.A. in English, plus and certificate/training in market analysis, database management definitely a plus;
?Must be a well-organized person; Good at listening and communication; Willing to work extra hours in urgent cases;
?Candidates who are ready to add value preferred (such as candidates from within Thermo Fisher, or with basic knowledge/industry background on scientific analysis);
